If you are a User, you have agreed and are additionally subject to the Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy by reference. 2.1 TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
(a) TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED. We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; and (4) types of web browsers used by Users to access the Site (collectively "Traffic Data"). This Traffic Data does not personally identify you and is primarily used to control spam and forum posting abuse, identify Internet traffic sources and routes, generate anonymous analytic data, and otherwise improve the quality of the user experience. (a) LENDEREXCHANGE USE OF INFORMATION. We use Contact Data to send you information about LenderExchange and our products or services, create and manage your account, provide customer service, administer or process a transaction, fulfill support requests, and to contact you when necessary.(b) SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. 5. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
